Our technical personnel are dedicated to providing you, the customer, with an installation completed on time, done correctly the first time! Prior to service turn-up, our Quality Assurance group audits each job to insure installation conforms to: installation specifications, adherence to SIP standards, and that all documentation and provisioning has been updated and complete, ready to turn over to the customer. ISI Communications’ installers have thorough knowledge of VoIP and SIP standards.
Staging includes programming of SIP registry, service provider IP addresses, and WAN set up entries. Staging does not include telephone programming or additional labor shown in ÕOptional ServicesÕ

The Quadro 2X is ideal for the telecommuter or home office. The Quadro 2X is an IP router, SIP gateway and IP PBX all in one box. The Quadro 2X is equipped with two FXS ports for connection of standard analog POTS phones or fax machines. Two additional SIP IP phones can be configured as local extensions. In addition, there is one FXO port for connection to the PSTN. With a built-in QoS router, your LAN and voice traffic can be routed to the Internet, eliminating the need for an additional IP router. The Quadro incorporates a stateful inspection firewall, NAT, DHCP client and server, VPN, and web browser configuration. In addition, the Quadro 2X has voicemail, T.38 fax support, and IPSec VPN. With the purchase of a software key (SKU-QUADRO-730), the Quadro2x can expand to support 4 more IP phone extensions, bringing the total to 8 analog and IP extensions. |

The Quadro 4X, 4Xi, 16X, and16Xi IP PBX systems can be equipped with an internal ADSL modem for data connectivity to the WAN. The ADSL equipped Quadro eliminates the need for multiple boxes at the customer premise. The Quadro can be managed remotely with control over the configuration of all voice and data settings. An external POTS splitter and/or line filters are required. Systems are standard when a POTS voice line and ADSL coexist on the same line. |
