iSIP Business Class Service Plan Descriptions

iSIP is a Business Class VOIP service provided by ISI Communications. This service is designed for Small/Medium Business, and is being deployed throughout the US. The only requirement to implement iSIP is a braodband internet connection. iSIP is a true business class service, meaning the backbone network supporting iSIP transmits only voice IP packets, not internet traffic. This means the QoS ISI provides with iSIP is unsurpassed by our competitors. ISI provides our clients with a full service website for ordering service, hardware, and installation from a single source.

We recognize the business need to maintain your local number and toll free number, so we provide full Local Number Portability (LNP) service, and 800 number porting (resp org) to your iSIP service package.

Since 1997, ISI has been installing VOIP based solutions, and now our expertise is available to SMB clients in a non-hosted, edge based technology delivery. The iSIP Service Plans are shown below, and can be ordered right from our On-Line Store, combine the service with hardware, and schedule installation all from one provider.

The iSIP 4X4
• Consists of Four (4) Telephone numbers/lines delivered over customer provided IP bandwidth, 4,000 outbound minutes of domestic US and Canada calling, one (1) Toll Free inbound number to ring on one of the four lines, detailed billing. Overage minutes billed at $.035/minute.
The iSIP 8X8
• Consists of Eight (8) Telephone numbers/lines delivered over customer provided IP bandwidth, 8,000 outbound minutes of domestic US and Canada calling, one (1) Toll Free inbound number to ring on one of the four lines, detailed billing. Overage minutes billed at $.035/minute.
The iSIP 12X12
• Consists of Twelve (12) Telephone numbers/lines delivered over customer provided IP bandwidth, 12,000 outbound minutes of domestic US and Canada calling, one (1) Toll Free inbound number to ring on one of the four lines, detailed billing. Overage minutes billed at $.030/minute.
The iSIP 16X30
• Consists of Sixteen (16) Telephone numbers/lines delivered over customer provided IP bandwidth, 30,000 outbound minutes of domestic US and Canada calling, one (1) Toll Free inbound number to ring on one of the four lines, detailed billing. Overage minutes billed at $.030/minute.
The iSIP 20X50
• Consists of Twenty (20) Telephone numbers/lines delivered over customer provided IP bandwidth, 50,000 outbound minutes of domestic US and Canada calling, one (1) Toll Free inbound number to ring on one of the four lines, detailed billing. Overage minutes billed at $.025/minute.
The iSIP +1000
• Consists of an Additional block of 1000 domestic US, Canada and Toll Free minutes to supplement the monthly plan amount of minutes, instead of incurring the overage minute charge per plan.
The iSIP +5000
• Consists of an Additional block of 5000 domestic US, Canada and Toll Free minutes to supplement the monthly plan amount of minutes, instead of incurring the overage minute charge per plan.

The iSIP Service Plans can be customized by adding additional blocks of minutes, and by adding DID and Toll Free numbers al a carte.
