ISI employs professional technicians to perform the installations of VOIP Hardware in your office. Since our customerÕs IT environment is unknown, our billing for this service is done on a Time and Material (T&M) basis, at $125/hr. ISI serves all domestic Metropolitan areas.
Installation includes mounting the Epygi Quadro in an equipment room next to the building/suite wiring distribution frame, powering up the quadro, and connecting the quadro to customer provided wiring for voice and data connections.
The ISI technician can complete additional on-site wiring required at the shown Time and Material price during normal business hours. Premiums will be applied to work performed outside of normal business day hours.

One Hour of Remote Technical Support
Technical Support for iSIP integration to hardware solutions provided by ISI Communications or others is billed in advance, in one hour increments. After 30 minutes of support have been used, a receipt for time is sent to the end user.
